The Residency Program Manager collaborates with the Child Welfare (CW) Director and Child Welfare Compliance Officer to support the transition of new Child Welfare staff members from the training phase to leaders in the respective positions (Foster Care, Adoption, and Licensing). The Residency Program Manager Coordinates the CW Training Institute schedules and field experience for new staff, guides education sessions, provides trauma informed support to residents, serves as a CW expert, and guides the resident’s professional development project efforts
Annual Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $66,000.00
